Shoot for the Moon
MONDAY’s Cancer Moon presides over the most productive day this week. While this talented Moon makes us more prolific, it also tends to make us more risk-averse. Thankfully, strong input from the bold Sun, audacious Mars and daring Jupiter will neutralize that effect, so you can exploit Cancer’s innate ambition, resourcefulness and organizational skills to shoot for the Moon. Of course, with the Moon waning in strength, the energy isn’t there to start something new, so you’ll want to direct it at a work in progress. Since all matters related to home and family fall under Cancer’s domain, this would be a good time for exploring real estate investments, making home improvements, and connecting with loved ones. A sketchy vibe between starry-eyed Venus and a deceptive Neptune, toward evening, could make you susceptible to sweet talkers and other Lotharios. Forewarned is forearmed! This is not the time to take a risk with your heart.

Walking on Sunshine
The Moon leaps into fiery Leo on TUESDAY and smack into a face-off with an incendiary Pluto, setting the stage for power plays and backstabbing. Dramatic Leo tends to blow things out of proportion and Pluto has a way of salting wounds and inflaming rivalries, luring you into a maze of jealousy and distrust. Don’t take the bait. Keep your own counsel and steer clear of other people’s drama. The good news is these theatrics will be in the rear-view mirror by afternoon. That’s when a creative Venus, favorably aligned with maverick Uranus and resourceful Pluto, will amplify Leo’s artistry and leadership. This is a great day for teamwork and creative collaborations. And, if necessary, you can also tap Venus’s diplomacy to smooth over any difficulties you may have encountered earlier.
WEDNESDAY’s Leo Moon also runs into an early morning skirmish, when it squares off with an antagonistic Mars. This is a prickly aspect which could set people on edge. Try not to get distracted by ego trips, one-upmanship and pretentious hot-heads seeking attention. Like yesterday, the dark clouds will disperse by midafternoon. That’s when the bright Sun aligns with this blazing Moon giving you a real chance to shine. This dazzling duo not only imbues copious amounts of self-assurance, it empowers you to put your best face forward, showcase your talents and demonstrate leadership. This is a golden opportunity to tap into your inner grandeur, take the spotlight and produce something remarkable!

List and Tackle
The Moon will be Void on THURSDAY, until midafternoon. This would be a good chunk of time to allocate for tackling routine tasks, like cleaning out your inbox and catching up on your correspondence. The key thing to remember about anything important done under a Void Moon is that nothing will come of it. That’s why you don’t want to schedule that job interview or pitch a client during one of these tricky times, because it won’t pan out the way you hope—if at all. (Read all about the dos and don’ts of the Void Moon here.) You can take care of business, after 2:06p, when the Moon bustles into industrious Virgo, but you’ll want to make a list. That’s because a volatile and erratic Uranus could rattle this diligent Moon activating its more frenetic side. If you don’t want to get caught up in a frenzy of hyperactivity, stick to your list.
FRIDAY’s Virgo Moon ticks along with the precision of a Swiss clock, courtesy of a sparkling link to multitasking Mercury. This scrupulous Moon will be further energized by a vigorous and motivated Mars. As the efficiency expert of the Zodiac, Virgo is loath to waste time and the red planet always makes haste. Under their influence, you’ll be inspired to streamline activities and devise more effective ways of accomplishing tasks. If you’ve been struggling with a project or need to handle a complex assignment that requires great attention to detail, align yourself with this meticulous Moon and you’ll be expediting with a Mary Poppins-like efficiency. Spit spot!

WEEKEND FORECAST
SATURDAY has a split personality. In the morning, the Virgo Moon will be joined by a jolly Jupiter looking for a good time. Make the most of it, because spoilsport Saturn will show up in the afternoon and try to guilt you into prioritizing responsibilities over more pleasurable pursuits. The mixed news is that, at 5:10p, the Moon shorts out and goes Void for the rest of the night. What’s good is Saturn’s influence will have waned. What’s not so good is that Voids are unpredictable and can mess with your plans. Yet, they can be surprisingly enjoyable. If you can lower your expectations and stay flexible, your evening just may turn out better than you originally planned.
SUNDAY is definitely the more predictably enjoyable day. That’s because the cultured Libra Moon will be aligned with the equally erudite Venus, putting us all in the mood to enjoy the finer things. This would be a good day to attend a concert, visit an arts fair or go to a wine tasting. Toward evening, things take a decidedly more decadent turn, when a lusty Mars shows up, making Sunday the best date night this week!
