Gridlock Alert! Mercury Goes Direct
There’s a gridlock alert in effect all day MONDAY. But the good news is that, at 7:08a, Mercury’s Retrograde will finally be over! Because Mercury has to come to a complete stop before changing direction, the next few days can feel frustrating, as everything will be moving at a glacial pace. You’ll want to level set by downsizing your expectations and uploading a whole lot of patience. The fact that the Moon will be in stately Leo today, a sign that always sets its own pace, should help ease the transition. Despite Mercury being at a crawl, there’ll be some enthusiasm in the air, because this leisurely Moon will be basking in the glow of a radiant Sun and upbeat Jupiter. Such a surge in confidence and optimism should provide a big ego boost, inspiring you to get out there, grow your audience and showcase your talents.
TUESDAY starts out with a Void Moon, so give yourself extra time to get around, as there may be delays and cancellations. (Read all about the dos and don’ts of the Void Moon here.) At 9:40a, the Moon moves into organized Virgo. This is the perfect sign to bat clean up after a messy Retrograde, because you’re going to be inundated with all the tedious tasks and unfinished business that got shelved over the past few weeks. Virgo will endow you with all the diligence and efficiency you’ll need to put a dent in that backlog— if you can avoid being distracted by a day dreamy Neptune. The best way to achieve that is to make a list, otherwise, you could easily fritter away all this industry. If you want to make the most of this productivity, make that list!

Refocus
WEDNESDAY starts off with an odd-coupling between the minutiae-focused Virgo Moon and big-picture Jupiter. Usually, under Virgo’s influence, we over rotate to a micro mindset, losing the forest for the trees. But high-minded Jupiter urges a major change in perspective, encouraging you to broaden your outlook and think bigger. While cleaning out your inbox/closets/fridge may feel gratifying, with the Moon waxing in strength and Mercury finally chugging ahead, you’ll be far better served by aiming this fruitful energy at something more purposeful. This is one of those rare moments when you can both conjure a grand dream and fine tune it at the same time.
THURSDAY’s Virgo Moon is beset by a sharp-tongued Mercury and scathing Saturn. This caustic combo can unleash a lot of vitriol, inciting senseless squabbles, stinging rebukes and exacerbating Virgo’s tendency to be hypercritical. It may, however, be possible to refocus some of this incisiveness at a complex assignment that could benefit from intense scrutiny and deep focus, courtesy of a sharp Mars and innovative Uranus, both enhancing Virgo’s analytical acumen. At 3:49p, the Moon will clock out and go Void for several hours. Expect the mood to brighten considerably, at 9:12p, once the Moon enters starry-eyed Libra and becomes entranced by an intoxicating Neptune. If you’re ok with a late rendezvous on a school night, Thursday is your best date night this week!

Stand Firm
When the Moon is in Libra, we tend to be a little more indecisive and a lot more compromising. But not this FRIDAY, when this vacillating Moon is allied with a formidable and resolute Pluto. If you’ve been wavering on a decision or trying to negotiate a better deal, this shot of backbone and fortitude instills you with the courage to take a stance and stand your ground. Toward evening, the Libra Moon will come under the influence of a lusty Jupiter. While this fair-and-balanced Moon strives to be a model of moderation, excessive Jupiter will try to upset your equilibrium and lead you astray. It’s all too easy to overdo it when these heady energies combine. But moderation is key if you’re going to be standing long enough to enjoy the romantic possibilities this evening promises, because Friday is the other best date night this week!

WEEKEND FORECAST
SATURDAY is a very eventful day. Venus, the planet that rules love and money, will finally come out of its Retrograde and start moving forward and we have a Full Moon in Libra. (Read more below.)
Plan on not planning anything for SUNDAY. The day starts out with a Void Moon and doesn’t get better from there. At 9:54a, the Moon slinks into intense Scorpio where it will be met with a malevolent Pluto. This volatile duo is likely to exacerbate existing tensions, inciting jealousy and upsets. If you’ve got a grievance to get off your chest, save it for another day. Needless to say, this is not a good day for socializing. Steer clear of hotheads and family drama and try to stay out of trouble.

Full Moon in Libra: Striking the Right Balance
Passions run high during Full Moons, which always put a spotlight on partnerships. And SATURDAY’s, in relationship-focused Libra, should be both fervent and enlightening. Whenever the Sun and Moon are opposed, in this case, a me-first Aries Sun versus a we-first Libra Moon, we’re tasked with striking a balance between our own needs and our partner’s. A lofty goal at any time, but entirely achievable under this Full Moon, which not only benefits from an idyllic union between loving Venus and sexy Mars, but receives powerful blessings from an auspicious Jupiter. And now that Mercury and Venus are both out of Retrograde, the insights you’ve gleaned about all of your relationships will stand you in good stead, moving forward. If you’re single, and you’ve been looking for love in all the wrong faces, this clarifying Full Moon is sure to increase your chances of finding the right one.
