KAT'S WEEKLY OVERVIEW FOR APRIL 20

This week gets off to a sort of non-start, as the Moon is Void until 7:27pm on Monday. Expect transit delays, coworkers coming in late or calling in sick, cancelled meetings and the like.

The good news is that the Moon will be waxing in strength all week, since that New Moon in Taurus last Saturday. The week following a New Moon is generally one of the best times to launch new projects, goals or ideas.

There are a lot of Void Moons interfering with work this week, so the best times for scheduling appointments and taking care of business will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday until 1:04pm when the Moon goes Void again. Since nothing of great import is likely to be happening after that, why not skip out of that afternoon meeting and get an early start to the weekend?  It looks to be one of the most fun weekends we’ve had in awhile, as the Moon will be basking in sunny Leo a sign that knows how to kick back, relax and enjoy the good life!

PS The Sun will be shining in the slow and steady sign of Taurus for the next few weeks, making this the perfect time to get grounded, solidify goals and nurture the development of any special projects or relationships. But a word to the wise: Taurus is also the sign of the “material girl,” and under its influence, some of us may get the urge to indulge in an orgy of consumerism. If visions of Prada start to dance in your head, you'd be wise to leave the credit cards home – if you want to avoid a near debt experience, that is.
